Once again , Demi Beckett and Megan Grist are in the spotlight for their efforts in the swimming pool.
Both have been selected to represent Torfaen County swim squad in next weeks Welsh Student Games at Cardiff's national pool.
This is the reward for hard work and dedication every morning and the whole of Taliesin House will be wishing the girls every success in their respective events.
