Year 11 Prom

Dear Year 11

I have been asked help to organise prom for year 11 this year.

I had the first prom meeting after school yesterday and about 25 eager year 11 learners turned up!!!!

This number is far too large for a committee and what bothers me more is that not all groups of pupils in the year group are represented. After much discussion, it has been decided that the prom committee this year will be elected through their houses in order for there to be a fair representation.

We would like 3 representatives from year 11 in each house to attend regular meetings and help plan/organise their special night.

Learner who want to take part please inform your TFL this afternoon.




Voting will then take place next week - Tuesday and Wednesday after school (more info to follow).


Please could I have the names on all interested Year 11 students by the end of the day FRIDAY.
