Buddies for Year 8

Dear Year 9 and 10

Next week our year 8's will be joining us in our TFL sessions.

We need to support the new members of TFL as best a we can, remember we know what its like to be a new member of the house.

We can do this by:-

• Being warm and welcoming
• Sharing information about yourself so they get to know you quickly
• Telling them about the support you have a gained from the house and your peers
• Informing them of how your learning conversations help you in your achievement
• Telling them what you wish you knew about the house system
• Thinking of possible questions they may have so you can best answer them

Please discuss in your TFL's this afternoon what you could inform them to help them with the transition process.
